We understand that sometimes you just want to have a trained professional review your current legal documents. This service is perfect for you if;

  • You already have your documents in place but you aren’t sure if they are right for your business

  • You want to know if you’ve missed anything obvious

How does it work?

There is a 4 step process:

  1. Complete our audit capture form where we will ask you questions about your business. Be sure to have the documents you want auditing to hand as you will need to upload those.

  2. Once you've completed the capture form you'll be asked to select a time to suit you for a call with Lucy which will take 20-30 minutes. You'll also be asked to pay the fee to complete your booking.

  3. Attend the call with Lucy at your pre-arranged time. You'll discuss your key concerns and get the chance to ask any questions.

  4. Within 7 working days following the call you'll receive a short report from Lucy setting out key areas which you need to address and options for next steps. We will (i) take an overall view of all of the documents provided, (ii) flag any key documents or clauses we believe are missing, (iii) review the key clauses and summarise what we have reviewed and make you aware of any elements we believe are missing.

How much does the Document Audit cost?

The cost for this service is £750 plus VAT (£900) and we can review and audit up to 30 pages of documentation. If you have over 30 pages to audit, please send us an email at contact@wheelerwood.co.uk to discuss a bespoke package.

How do I make a booking?

You will be asked a series of questions in order to complete your booking on the form below. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can best support you.
